The service

Swaplet is a lead exchange: hosts capture consented leads, agents unlock them for a flat fee, hosts earn a bounty. We’re a marketplace — we’re not a brokerage, we don’t represent buyers or sellers, and no fee here is ever contingent on a transaction closing.

Unlocks & the guarantee

Unlock prices are flat ($29–$99 USD) and exclusive. Sales are final, with one big exception: if a lead’s phone and email are both invalid, we credit you back. Lead details are as declared by the lead — verify independently, follow up professionally, and comply with the contact and licensing rules that apply to you.

Bounties & credits

Host bounties (30% of each unlock) are paid as platform credits, spendable on unlocks or cashed out monthly above $100 — to your brokerage by default. Bounties are lead-referral payouts for capturing a lead; they are not commission and never depend on a closing. Credits have no cash value outside the cash-out process and promo credits may expire if an account is inactive for 12 months.

Playing fair

Only list leads that are real and permitted: visitors must consent, and referral swaps require your client’s permission (you attest to it when listing). No scraping, no reselling unlocked contacts, no misrepresenting your license. We can suspend accounts that break this — it protects everyone else’s money and reputation.

The usual

The service is provided as-is; our total liability is capped at what you paid us in the past 12 months. We may update these terms and will note the date below. If something here matters to a deal you’re doing, get your own advice.
